Free Estimate

A Vacant Home Free Estimate is available to homeowners not living onsite.

A stager visits the property to determine what needs to be staged.  Specific staging advice is not provided at this visit.

Consultation

An Occupied Home Staging Consultation is available to homeowners currently living onsite, looking for advice to complete the job themselves.

A stager walks through the home offering specific suggestions for the homeowner to implement, spending up to one hour.  A detailed summary will be provided that may include new room layouts, inspiration photos, organization and repair recommendations, product recommendations, and other helpful tips and suggestions.  All services included at $195*.

Staging (Occupied)

Occupied Home Staging Assistance is available to realtors working with homeowners living onsite, and all or most of the furnishings remain in the home.

Staging assistance is available by the hour.  Just prior to listing, a stager will rearrange existing furniture and decor in the home for maximum appeal.

Staging (Vacant)

A Vacant Home Staging is available to homeowners not living onsite, and all or most of the homeowners furnishing have been removed.

A vacant home staging includes two months of furniture and decor rental.  Fees vary depending on size and number of rooms staged.

Additional Services – project management and product shopping services available by the hour.

*A nominal fee will be added for extended distance locations.

A designer walks through the space, for up to one hour, offering specific suggestions for the owner to implement.  A detailed summary will be provided that may include new room layouts, inspiration photos, organization and repair recommendations, product recommendations, and other helpful tips and suggestions to help create a more functional and beautiful space for everyday use.

Staging

This service is to prepare a property for market.  A staging includes furniture and decor rental.  Fees vary depending on size and number of rooms staged.

By the Hour Design Projects 

This service is to create a more functional and beautiful space for everyday use.  You may choose to begin with a design consultation to better clarify your project goals.  A designer will work by the hour on a specified project.  

Corporate Housing / Executive Rentals

A service to fully furnish residential spaces with all of your clients needs, providing a complete home environment for tenants to live in – from furniture to linens and dishes.

Schedule a Free Estimate Visit or a Staging Consultation for a stager to tour your space.

We create a proposal to be reviewed by you.  Proposals can be based on an entire home or business, or just specific rooms.

All of our proposals are a la carte, so you can pick and choose what you would like to have staged.  If you have 2+ rooms staged, we will stage all the bathrooms and non-eat-in kitchens for free.

First, our stager takes measurements and photos. Then chooses items from our warehouse.

Our stager begins by assessing the home to be staged.

Next, our movers pick up items from the warehouse and head to the home staging.

Items selected by our stagers are moved from our warehouse by our on-site movers.

Then our movers begin the process of unloading our staging materials into the home.

Our movers deliver items to the room to be staged.

Our movers place furnishings in the room they will be staged. Don't worry about the pile, everything will be neatly put in place by our stager.

Items are placed in groupings in the appropriate rooms.
